The rotating shelves cut fill and refill time to a minimum, and reduces out of date products as well as making sure the products are always displayed in the best position – fronted!
Significant cost reduction:
A test made by one of the world's largest manufacturers of soft drinks shows that the time spent on refilling is cut by 70% (from 27 down to 7 minutes) per filling. Applying this timesaving to a labor cost of 20 Euro / hour incl. social cost would mean that it is possible to save close to 700 Euro per year per cooler (test performed in a glass door cooler).
Note: similar, or even higher reductions are possible when our FIFO solutions are applied to different products in different contexts e.g.; Ambient store shelves for dry goods.
