Frigoglass signs license agreement with Enjoy Group

Enjoy Group AB has reached and signed an agreement with Frigoglass where Frigoglass and their affiliates have the right, on a non-exclusive basis, to market, produce, and sell Enjoys innovative shelf solutions as a licensee of Enjoy Group AB.

During a meeting at Frigoglass headquarter in Athens on Dec 15^th, the final negotiations where concluded and Enjoy Group AB and Frigoglass SAIC signed a non-exclusive license agreement. Frigoglass (including subsidiaries and affiliates) now has the right to offer Enjoys shelf solutions on a worldwide basis and the parties will cooperate in development and marketing of Enjoys patented solutions installed in a variety of Frigoglass cooler models.

We at Enjoy are very happy that we managed to achieve this agreement with such a significant player in the cooler industry as Frigoglass. We consider this cooperation to be one of biggest breakthroughs for Enjoy Group AB since the start of the company six years ago and we are looking forward to a productive partnership with Frigoglass in the years to come.
